Payment
All Payments are made securely through Paypal. We can accept most major credit cards and/or your Paypal account.
If you are setting up a new Paypal account to make a purchase please allow a few extra days (typically 3-4) for Paypal's account verification process.
We currently do not accept gift cards or cards without a verified address for purchases.
When placing your order, you will be redirected offsite to our secure Paypal Shopping Cart checkout system to complete your order and print your receipt.
Order/Payment confirmation will also be emailed to you at the address you provide. Tracking info will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.
If you do not receive a confirming email please check in your email system JUNK or SPAM folder. If these folders are empty contact us at merch@miriamswellmusic.com.

Shipping
Order processing is typically 1-3 business days from order placement.
Domestic shipping times are typically 1-2 weeks but may extend to 3-4 weeks for Zone 8 (Eastern USA), US Territories and Military PO addresses.
APO/FPO orders can only be shipped to specific individuals and must include the Name, Unit Number, and nine-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned) of the ship-to destination.
All orders are shipped to physical addresses only. No PO boxes accepted.
Poster orders are shipped separately in tubes with an added shipping and handling fee.
Final shipping and handling charges will be calculated prior to checkout when your ship-to address is entered.

International
All International orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject orders from certain Non-US destinations.
For international orders (outside the USA, US Territories and APO/FPO) do not use the shopping cart! Please email us at merch@miriamswellmusic.com for a custom quote as shipping charges will vary by ship-to destination.
Shipping times for approved international orders are typically 3-4 weeks but may extend to 6 weeks due to customs issues or other unforeseeable circumstances.
The international purchaser is responsible for all customs taxes, import duties and any shipping delays due to such.
Please note that tracking for international shipments varies by ship-to destination and cannot always be provided.
Purchaser assumes all shipping risk for locations without available delivery confirmation services.


Returns and Exchanges
All Returns and Exchanges require authorization by us prior to returning and/or replacing merchandise. Email us at merch@miriamswellmusic.com for all authorizations.
With the exception of lost or damaged goods, we will accept Returns and Exchanges from domestic (USA) customers only. See international shipping notes above.
All Returns and Exchanges (excluding damaged) must be received by us in original condition within 30 days of the original order date or they will not be accepted and the merchandise will be returned to you.
We will not accept Returns or Exchanges on clothing that has been worn, washed or otherwise used.
To minimize apparel returns, we recommend choosing a larger size if you are unsure of fit.
If you are exchanging clothing for a different size/color, all shipping charges for the original item sent back to us and the new item sent to you will be your responsibility and will be billed prior to shipment of the new item.
If the item we shipped you is the wrong one please return it to us with a copy of the invoice showing the wrong item and indicating the correct one. We will reimburse you for the return shipping and reship costs.
For damaged goods, we must receive the item (with a copy of the original shipping invoice enclosed) within 45 days. We will refund or replace your order upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. For lost goods please allow at least 30 days (domestic USA) or 45 days (US Territories, APO/FPO, Approved International Destinations) prior to contacting us (but not more than 60 days). Email us with your shipping order/receipt and tracking number.
All Returns must be sent Domestic Priority or Global Priority via USPS (with a tracking number) to the following address. We will not be held responsible for return items mis-shipped or sent without delivery confirmation or tracking.

We cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for merchandise purchased at tour venues. We can only accept Returns/Exchanges for merchandise purchase through this site.

Music Purchases
For music items purchased through CD Baby, ITunes, Amazon or other retailers all issues must be handled through that retailer and are subject to their policies.
